We value long lasting relationships with our co-workers and our customers. We want to create the kind of place where people want to stop by every now and then even if they aren’t shopping for a car. We really just like people and every time someone drives away from HQ, 301 11th Ave N, in Nampa ID, in the absolutely perfect vehicle for them, we celebrate with confetti and a cheer, because we are probably pretty close to as excited as they are. To see someone drive out of that door with confetti on their tires and a smile on their face (literally every time so far), we do a little dance while smiling ear to ear ourselves, even while we’re vacuuming up the confetti.

Before you decide this is “too good to be true”, let me say there is a cost to working here, and it’s not for most people. We all work very hard. We have no time to gossip about customers, other teammates, or anyone else. We’re focused on the long game which sometimes hurts in the short term. We bend over backwards for customers, which isn’t always fair for the company, but we have a really good reputation. And sometimes we have time to see how many grown men we can fit in a Scion IQ (it’s 8 in case you were wondering).

We treat each other like family, which means we extend a lot of trust, and hold each other to a high standard of accountability. One teammate commented “Hardest place I’ve ever worked…most fun place I’ve ever worked!” And together, with blood, sweat, and tears, we’re building a used car store like no other.
